Frequently Asked Questions

Are you available to attend court when needed?

Yes. I understand the importance of expert testimony in legal proceedings and prioritise availability for court appearances, hearings, and meetings. My schedule is carefully managed to ensure I can provide in-person or remote testimony as required. If instructed, I will work with legal teams to confirm availability well in advance.

What experience do you have in cases similar to mine?

I have worked on a broad range of aviation-related cases, including airliner accidents, aircraft maintenance disputes, lease disagreements, and air traffic control incidents. My expertise spans airline operations, business aviation, General Aviation (GA), helicopters, and engineering and maintenance. If you would like more details on relevant past cases, I would be happy to discuss my experience in relation to your specific requirements.

Have you testified in court before, and are you comfortable with cross-examination?

Yes. I have provided expert testimony in court and tribunals, delivering clear, well-reasoned evidence that stands up to scrutiny. I am experienced in handling cross-examination and ensuring that complex aviation matters are explained in a way that is understandable to legal professionals and judges.

Can you provide independent and impartial opinions?

Absolutely. As an expert witness, my role is to provide objective, evidence-based assessments that are independent of the instructing party’s position. My findings and testimony are grounded in facts, industry standards, and regulatory frameworks, ensuring that they are both credible and defensible.
